Update from Zlatko & Rosilind:
Dear Friends,
I hope you are doing well! July has been one of those months where I have found myself continually amazed at how God opens new doors of ministry. Looking back over the past few weeks, I can see His hand leading every step, and I am so grateful for the opportunities He continues to give us to serve.
One of the greatest honors this month was being appointed as a deaconness in our church. It is a responsibility I don't take lightly. More than anything, my prayer is that I would faithfully serve the people God has entrusted to us, pointing them to Christ and helping them grow in their walk with Him.
Earlier this month, I also had the privilege of preaching during one of our Sunday morning services. The message the Lord placed on my heart was "Human Effort vs. God's Power." We looked at how easy it is to try to accomplish God's work through our own strength, while Scripture continually reminds us that true spiritual fruit only comes through the power of the Holy Spirit. It was a timely reminder for me personally as well.
On Wednesday evenings, I recently began teaching a new four-week series called "Freedom Begins on the Inside." We've been exploring the four levels of spiritual battle every believer faces, learning how to renew our minds and emotions through God's Word, and discovering what biblical meditation truly looks like. It has been encouraging to watch people begin connecting these truths to their everyday lives and finding greater freedom in Christ.
In a few weeks, our youth group leaves for summer camp, and this year's theme is "From Darkness to Light." Would you join us in praying that every young person who attends would have a genuine encounter with Jesus? Please pray that hearts would be transformed, lives would be changed, and that these students would return home with a deeper passion for following Christ.
I also have a personal prayer request regarding our children's ministry. One of our faithful leaders is expecting her first baby, and while we are so excited for her growing family, it also means we will soon need another worker to step into that ministry. Would you pray with us that God would raise up the right person to serve these precious children? We know that He always provides the workers needed for His harvest.
As a family, we've had plenty happening too. Today, Robi is heading to Split with his band. They have been invited to play at one of the large summer festivals tomorrow evening. We continue to pray that God would use him as a light among his friends and fellow musicians. Andrej has been taking guitar lessons over the summer and has been improving so quickly. It has been fun watching him develop both his confidence and his love for music.
Finally, we continue to see God's faithfulness in a very practical way. As many of you know, we have been growing our home business, and it has been incredible to watch the Lord provide. We have not had to search for clients—God has simply continued bringing people to us. Time after time He reminds us that when He calls us to trust Him, He is always faithful to provide exactly what we need. We are deeply grateful for His care.
Thank you so much for your continued prayers, encouragement, and faithful support. We truly could not do what God has called us to do without partners like you standing with us. May the Lord richly bless you and your family.
With love and gratitude,
Zlatko & Rosilind
